Job Title

Warehouse Supervisor – Medline Industries, LP

Responsible for daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, inventory accuracy, staff supervision, process improvement, and safety compliance.

• Administer daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee receipt, storage, shipment, and reporting of materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Account for all materials and supplies, audit goods received, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor staff on productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Lead day‑to‑day employee activities, assign work, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.
• Provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s degree preferred.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.

$63,960.00 – $92,560.00 Annual (bonus and/or incentive eligible). Actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
