Location: Houston, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
M&M Talent Group is seeking skilled CNC Technicians to support CNC machining operations, including machine setup, programming adjustments, troubleshooting, and quality inspection.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines.
- Load programs and make necessary program or offset adjustments.
- Set tooling and work offsets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues.
- Replace tooling and make adjustments to maintain production quality.
- Monitor machine performance and production output.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Follow all safety and quality requirements.
- Previous CNC machining experience required.
- CNC setup experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming preferred.
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
