LINK Staffing is hiring a Warehouse / Logistics Specialist for a manufacturing facility in Brookshire, TX. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to assist with assembling, organizing, and preparing material kits. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic math abilities, and experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Assemble and organize material kits according to specific requirements.
• Verify that each kit contains the correct components and quantities.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate counts and measurements.
• Use measuring tapes and calculators to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspect kits for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect components.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily assignments.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding material discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to accurately count materials and verify quantities.
• Familiarity with measuring tapes and basic calculators.
• Basic English reading and speaking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
