Opening LINK Staffing is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing quality role. This position is a good fit for someone with hands-on QC experience who can inspect products before testing, review documentation, read drawings and schematics, and identify workmanship issues. The right candidate should be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working with production and quality teams to report issues clearly and accurately.

• Perform visual and hands-on inspections on products before testing
• Review assembly and QC check sheets for accuracy and completion
• Confirm documentation is signed, dated, current, and complete
• Inspect in-process and finished products against drawings and quality requirements
• Identify poor workmanship, defects, or non-conforming products
• Report discrepancies clearly and accurately
• Read and follow mechanical drawings, wiring drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Use digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools
• Communicate quality concerns with production, engineering, and other departments
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Able to read and interpret schematics
• Able to understand mechanical and wiring drawings
• Experience using digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools
• Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
• ISO 9001 knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and bend as needed
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Limited travel may be required as needed
