Responsibilities

• Guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, delivering knowledgeable advice and personalized support throughout each step of the process.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood insights, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Build and nurture client relationships to ensure a memorable experience, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Create and present standout property listings, utilizing professional photography, compelling descriptions, and virtual tours to showcase each property’s best features.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, advocating for favorable terms and ensuring smooth, satisfactory outcomes.
• Coordinate and host property showings and open houses, skillfully highlighting each property’s unique qualities for potential buyers and renters.
• Partner with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Texas.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate.
• Proficient in using real estate technology and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
