The Salad/Pantry position involves:

• Setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
• Restocking all items as needed throughout the shift
• Following recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Cleaning and maintaining the station while practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
• Demonstrating understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
• Performing basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant specifications for quality, and adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Performing additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers at any time
