Hey there! We’re Dish Society — a fine fast casual restaurant serving up chef-driven dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, craft coffee, and a full bar program. From breakfast to our award-winning brunch to dinner, we’re all about good food, good vibes, and even better people.

We’re looking for Line Cooks who bring passion, consistency, and pride to the plate. You’ll work alongside a talented kitchen team to build every dish to Dish Society standards — fresh, made-from-scratch, and beautifully executed. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and care about quality, teamwork, and growth — we want to meet you.

• Prepare, cook, and build dishes to spec with consistency and attention to detail.
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized throughout service.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to keep the line running smooth.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Jump in where needed — teamwork is how we win the shift.

• Previous kitchen experience required.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, timing, and presentation.
• Able to perform efficiently during peak rushes without losing quality.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to grow.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a high-energy environment.
