- Run smooth shift opening and closing procedures to keep operations seamless
- Manage cash handling and register reconciliation accurately
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members during your shift
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Step in to assist on the line or front counter during busy times
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure a fun dining experience
- Report directly to the General Manager and support overall restaurant success
- Experience in a fast casual restaurant environment
- Prior shift lead or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire your team
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Food Handler and TABC Certifications (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- A reliable, hands-on team player who takes ownership of their shift
