We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to ensure a safe environment for children while providing exceptional customer service at Chuck

E. Cheese locations. The role involves monitoring play areas, facilitating the Kid Check program, and working cross‑trained across various cast member duties.

Hourly rate: $8.00 – $12.50.

• Monitor and supervise children’s activities, ensuring safety and adherence to the Kid Check program.
• Assist guests with entrance and exit procedures, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the play area.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

• Minimum age 15 years.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to lift or carry 0–50 lb during scheduled shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, walk, and squat as required.
• Must handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers.

The role requires dealing with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noises, and a dynamic guest experience.
