Position:
Gutter Installation Sale Representative

Basic Function: Seeking a highly motivated home service salesperson to sell The Brothers' gutter services.

Sales and Estimating Responsibilities:

  • Attend all estimates on time.
  • Price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visits using company rates.
  • Return incoming calls professionally within eight business hours.
  • Explain product differentiation to customers, highlighting the superiority of our products.
  • Sell company services effectively by understanding customer needs and tailoring sales pitches.
  • Visit each sold job at least once to maintain customer and crew relationships.
  • Follow up consistently on all bids to secure a decision.
  • Target and market profitable jobs.
  • Maintain a closing/dollars sold percentage of at least 40%.
  • Develop prospecting plans to generate leads.
  • Participate in networking to promote the company.
  • Ask for referrals and seek new business actively.
  • Use the company CRM to organize workflow and processes.
  • Set and meet goals for sales volume, closing rates, and gross profit.

Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ensure all job-related information is communicated to crew leaders.
  • Maintain positive communication with all employees.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Lead positively and attend all meetings punctually.
  • Work necessary hours to fulfill duties timely.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new systems.
  • Participate in problem-solving and company growth planning.
