Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site Outside Sales Representative role based in Katy, TX. The role involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales to support business growth. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, providing customer consultations, and developing new business opportunities. The representative will also ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem‑solving.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development to achieve sales targets effectively
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to establish lasting client connections
- Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey information and resolve customer concerns
- Self‑motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is a plus
- Familiarity with the lawn care or landscaping industry is an advantage but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are welcome
