- Develop new business and grow rental market share within a defined Southeast Texas sales territory
- Represent Mustang Rental Services as an industry leader, communicating product features and advantages
- Conduct customer site visits to provide tailored rental solutions and equipment recommendations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and responsiveness
- Generate quotes, proposals, and financing options using CRM and sales platforms
- Stay up to date on CAT and non-CAT equipment, including aerial lifts, compressors, generators, and general rental tools
- Meet and exceed territory sales goals through active prospecting and strategic account development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience considered in lieu of formal education)
- Demonstrated success in territory sales, especially in the rental equipment industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and product understanding
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
- Experience understanding equipment applications across construction, industrial, or municipal sectors
