Our clients specialize in the maintenance, repair, and replacement of diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy devices, ensuring hospitals and clinics have reliable equipment to serve their patients. The Business Development Principal, Field Sales will leverage the company's existing client base, their own personal contacts, and build new relationships to sell medical device servicing to small- and medium-sized medical imaging businesses all over Texas.
We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales leader that wants uncapped earning potential
, and the desire to grow into a fully-fledged business partner in this very lucrative industry. This is a commission-only role designed for motivated professionals who thrive on results, want freedom in their day-to-day activities, enjoy limited managerial oversight, and desire limitless earning potential.
This person will receive up-front training on outside sales best practices, and will participate in ride-alongs with the service teams to increase familiarity with device servicing procedures and client relationship management. They will also be personally introduced to all current, major accounts and take over and develop those relationships further.
Responsibilities- Diagnostic imaging centers
- Standalone ER facilities
- Radiation oncology centers
- Small-to-mid-sized hospitals & clinics
- Maintain and grow client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
- $80-105K on-target earnings (uncapped) top performers exceed $150K
- 10% commission on new service contracts (first year value)
- 5% commission on contract renewals
- 10% commission on equipment replacement & major repair projects
- Company vehicle, laptop, and phone provided

- Wide-open Texas territory with significant growth potential
- 2-10+ years in a formal Sales role
- Experience in outside sales preferred, ideally as a traveling salesperson
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare industries preferred
- Strong closing skills - know-how for building trust and long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by results
- Based in Houston, TX (required) with willingness to travel 50%
