* What will you be doing?

+ Prospect and develop new MDU business opportunities within assigned territories.

+ Build and maintain relationships with apartment owners, property management companies, developers, HOAs, and real estate stakeholders.

+ Present fiber optic internet, voice, and technology solutions to decision makers and key influencers.

+ Negotiate and secure exclusive or preferred service agreements with multi-dwelling properties.

+ Conduct on-site property assessments to evaluate serviceability and identify sales opportunities.

+ Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to coordinate network expansions and service installations.

What do you bring?

+ 3+ years of B2B sales, telecommunications sales, or account management experience.

+ Experience selling fiber optic, broadband, internet, telecommunications, or technology services preferred.

+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

+ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

+ Ability to influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.

+ Experience working with property managers, developers, landlords, or real estate professionals is highly desirable.

+ Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar systems.
