You will spend your days exploring different commercial spaces, from local warehouses to neighborhood eateries, identifying how we can keep their operations pest-free. • Develop and cultivate new business relationships with local commercial property managers, facility directors, and business owners.
• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties to identify pest pressures and propose customized treatment plans.
• Draft and present detailed service proposals that clearly outline the value of our protection programs.
• Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure that client expectations are met during the initial setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and keep records updated so we can provide timely follow-ups.
• Participate in local business networking events to represent the Modern Pest Control, Inc. brand within the Katy community.

• Valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in B2B outside sales or field-based account management.
• Strong comfort level with presenting solutions in person at client sites.
• Ability to navigate and document activity in a CRM system.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Professional certification in pest management or willingness to obtain one promptly.
• Prior experience in the pest control or property management industry is a plus.
