Pepperl+Fuchs, a global leader in the automation industry, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at our Katy, TX facility. As a recognized industry innovator, we are looking for a motivated, hard-working professional with expertise in warehouse operations and procedures, along with standup forklift experience to contribute to our continued success.

• Pick material accurately from the Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) using OG500 in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Use the weigh scale to determine accurate counts for smaller items.
• Before sending material to ASRS, protect the material as described per VAS instructions for picking such as bagging, labeling, etc., and complete the process as required.
• Conduct cycle counts and perform compaction activities at the ASRS using SM500 and SM550 in the WMS.
• Have clear understanding of the work instructions/training document regarding system behavior, for instance when labels should be printed.
• Operate a stand-up forklift.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of previous warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to use equipment including computer, various computer programs, printers, copiers, calculator, and scanner/bar code readers.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to use scales, ruler/tape measure.
• Ability to organize work and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
• Maintains a high level of energy and positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and diagrams.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds.
• Experience with electric pallet jack, electric lift pallet jack, and stand-up tow motor.
