Seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise on-site crews performing all foundation work in Kaukauna, WI!
Pay: $35 – $45/hour
Company truck provided
Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities for Concrete Foreman:
- Supervise and lead the foundation crew, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications.
- Plan and coordinate daily activities for the crew, assigning tasks and ensuring proper use of equipment and materials.
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate foundation layout and installation.
- Manage the pouring and setting of concrete foundations, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Oversee foundation inspections and address any issues or delays to keep the project on schedule.
- Maintain daily logs, including progress reports, crew attendance, and equipment usage.
- Communicate with the Project Manager regularly to report on project progress, potential issues, and material needs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of construction materials.
- Enforce company policies and maintain the values and mission of the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Concrete Foreman:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in concrete foundation construction.
- Experience with foundation formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pouring (required).
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems effectively.
- Strong knowledge of concrete foundation materials, methods, and techniques.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in a construction setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work 40-60 hours per week, depending on project demands.
