Seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise on-site crews performing all foundation work in Kaukauna, WI!
Pay: $35 – $45/hour
Company truck provided
Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities for Concrete Foreman:

  • Supervise and lead the foundation crew, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications.
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities for the crew, assigning tasks and ensuring proper use of equipment and materials.
  • Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate foundation layout and installation.
  • Manage the pouring and setting of concrete foundations, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Oversee foundation inspections and address any issues or delays to keep the project on schedule.
  • Maintain daily logs, including progress reports, crew attendance, and equipment usage.
  • Communicate with the Project Manager regularly to report on project progress, potential issues, and material needs.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of construction materials.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain the values and mission of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Concrete Foreman:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in concrete foundation construction.
  • Experience with foundation formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pouring (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete foundation materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team in a construction setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work 40-60 hours per week, depending on project demands.
