RN​/LPN | NOCs | biweekly | Rehab

Overview

Sign on bonus of $750 after 3 months and $1500 after 8 months, 56 hours biweekly, 10:15pm-6:45am, rehab, every other weekend and every other holiday required

You will succeed in this position if you can maintain control and order under stressful conditions and periods of high activity while utilizing effective and respectful communication with patients, families, and the health care team.

What will you get to do as a Registered Nurse l Elder Services?

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on their well-being and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Clinical Care Team in assessing and documenting resident assessments at a state or St. Paul’s specified intervals.

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• A graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• A current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.
