Pay for a Behavioral Support Specialist, also known as an Intensive Direct Support Specialist: $18.55 to $20.60 per hour plus overtime eligibility.
About Agape of Appleton: A non‑profit human services agency providing residential support services to individuals with differing abilities.
Programs: We are looking for a patient, positive‑outlook individual to provide 1‑on‑1 behavioral support. Due to some behaviors, the role requires working closely with clients with autism and other disabilities. Responsibilities- Display behavioral support using Behavioral Support Plans and Trauma‑Informed Care approaches.
- Provide direct care supportsallbacks to individuals, including personal care, medication administration, behavioral intervention, and health monitoring.

- Prior experience working with autistic individuals, aggressive behaviors, behavioral support plans, and trauma‑informed care.
- A strong passion for helping individuals with autism, intellectual and physical disabilities.
