Blaster position paying $22.00 - $25.00/hr (based on experience). 1st or 2nd Shift – No Weekends!

• Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday first shift;
  Monday - Thursday second shift
• No weekend shifts
• Temp-to-hire with long-term opportunity

• Operate high-pressure blasting equipment to clean or prep metal surfaces
• Mask, prep, and clean parts before and after blasting
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines

• Blasting or metal prep experience preferred
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand 8–12 hours, and work in confined spaces
• Must be able to wear full PPE
• Able to read work instructions and follow safety protocols
