We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at McCormick Assisted Living. This role is ideal for a nurse leader passionate about resident‑directed care, staff development, and supporting clinical excellence.

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations.
• Support compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff.
• Assist with resident assessments, service planning, and care coordination.
• Help recruit, train, and mentor nursing team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Serve as DON designee when needed.

• Active RN license in WI (required).
• Assisted living, long‑term care, or senior living experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
