Position: Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher

We are looking to hire a Full Time, Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher in Kaysville, Utah. This position answers all incoming customer phone calls, gathers the customer information, provides quotes to customers, schedules the appointments, provides over the phone assistance to technicians in the field, invoicing, taking payments, replies to customer emails & text messages, confirms customer appointments, and performs other misc.

tasks given by Office Manager or Owner.

This type of business work has several months out of the year that have extreme high-volume calls, so we need someone who can keep up with the busy workload and handle the stress of the high-volume calls and keep everything organized.

This position demands a very highly organized and extremely detail oriented person.

Qualifications

Must haves:

  • Must be able to pass a typing test of 50 WPM, that will be given during interview.
  • Must have 1-2 years of office experience.
  • Must have strong professional written & verbal communication skills, for both over phone as well as on the computer.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Must be highly adaptable.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have the ability to work well on a team & also able to work independently.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
Additional Information

Shift

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, 1 hour lunch, 40 Hours/week, no overtime.

Pay: $18-$20 Depending on experience

We offer: 6 Paid Holidays. Health Insurance & Dental Insurance are offered after a 90 period. 1 week of paid vacation after completing 1 year of employment. Office attire is business casual. No onsite customers.
