About the Role

Togo Health is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to provide evening urgent care coverage across nursing facilities in the Weber-Davis area (Woods Cross to Ogden areas). This unique role combines complex chronic care management with hospital-level urgent response, making every shift dynamic, impactful, and rewarding.

What You?ll Do

• Provide evening call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Conduct acute provider visits requested by patients or facility staff (average of 4?6 hours per evening)
• Deliver comprehensive care in nursing homes and other post-acute settings
• Daytime calls are managed by daytime providers
• Secondary call support provided by other Utah-based remote providers
• Easily arrange vacation coverage with team support
