We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our client's growing team. This is a crucial role for a builder who can navigate complex technical environments, architect scalable back‑end systems, and provide mentorship. You will be instrumental in bridging our custom MLM/Enterprise division with our future Retail/SaaS platform, requiring expertise across multiple technologies and platforms.

• Lead development efforts using Oracle, Java, and React frameworks.
• Design and implement back‑end architecture, data systems, and technical integrations across diverse platforms.
• Manage, mentor, and guide junior team members, reviewing code and ensuring technical standards are met.
• Act as the go‑to technical expert to troubleshoot complex issues, find creative solutions, and ensure system stability.
• Evaluate and integrate the latest and greatest technologies to improve our product and services.

• 6+ years of experience in full‑stack or specialized back‑end development.
• Deep expertise in Oracle, Java, and React is non‑negotiable.
• Proven ability in data architecture and managing technical integrations.
• Experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
• A resourceful problem‑solver who can maintain focus amidst project transitions and platform shifts.
