Pay Range: $18-$21 per hour DOE

• Manage 10 to 30 team members per shift across all departments
• Oversee daily operations of attractions, cashiers, arcade, restaurant and satellite bars
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a fun, safe environment
• Ensure all departments have adequate staffing and operational support
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction
• Monitor labor costs and adjust staffing as needed
• Assist in resolving guest concerns and handling escalated situations professionally
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization standards throughout all areas
• Enforce company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment
• Manage cash handling, registers, and point-of-sale operations as needed
• Communicate effectively with upper management regarding shift performance, challenges, and improvements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in food service, bar operations, or hospitality a plus
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Permit (Visit  to obtain one)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with technology, computers, and cash handling
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

• 20+ hours per week
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required as these are our busiest times
