Pay: $11-$13 per hour. Part time. Weekends only

Opened in November of 2009, Boondocks Food & Fun is a year-round park featuring over 8 acres of rides and attractions including 20 Lane Bowling Center, two Go-Karting tracks, Ropes Course, Bumper Boats, two Miniature Golf courses, Batting Cages, Laser Tag, XD Theater, a Huge Arcade, and The BD Restaurant & Bar.

What we expect:

As a restaurant cashier/server you will be responsible for delivering excellent service and exceptional dining experiences. You can accomplish this by greeting the guests in an enthusiastic and inviting way, providing great table side service in our fast casual environment, and making a lasting impression on our guests. You will work closely with a team to ensure our guests enjoy every moment, making each interaction enjoyable and professional.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take and serve beverages and/or food orders placed by the guest.
• Comply with Utah state alcohol regulations and service laws.
• Ability to talk with the guest and engage in conversation.
• Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Help with Birthday parties or events if needed.
• Bussing down tables.
• Running food/drink orders to the guest.
• Process payment transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by park management to uphold Boondocks Standards.

Minimum

Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years old or older
• Food handlers permit within 14 days of hire
• Restaurant grade slip resistant shoes
• Basic reading and mathematical skills, able to handle money and give correct change
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
• Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, and team oriented
• Well-groomed and neat appearance
• Weekend availability preferred.
