Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals through a lively sales approach.
• Engage with members during follow‑up to ensure their success.
• Member engagement.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Membership sales (Club and Individual – including services, products, programs).
• Membership billing.
• Customer service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
• Information hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).

• Takes ownership of results.
• Fights hard to win.
• Adapts quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer‑service mentality.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Able to work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced and demanding work environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work.
• Comfortable with computer/technology, quick shift of focus, phone etiquette, and good at math.
• Position is 20 hours a week and requires work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

Hourly position. Potential annual earning $27,000—$54,000 USD. 20 hours per week, with required availability on Thursdays and at least one weekend day.
