As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will own the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to consultations, presentations, and closing deals.

You’ll work directly with homeowners to educate them on energy-saving solutions, identify opportunities, and help them make informed decisions that can save them money while protecting their property.

• Prospect and generate new business through door-to-door canvassing

• Engage homeowners and educate them on Powder Watts technology

• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations

• Assess customer needs and identify opportunities for energy savings

• Present customized solutions and pricing options

• Build trust and establish long-term customer relationships

• Manage leads and maintain an active sales pipeline

• Follow up with prospects and close sales

• Outside sales experience

• Home improvement, roofing, solar, pest control, alarm, or energy sales experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
