We're looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Lead AV Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll install and maintain audio/video systems, digital signage, video walls, and communication hardware for commercial clients. You'll take the lead on installation projects, guide team members, and ensure every system meets Revel's high standards of quality, safety, and performance. Occasional evening, weekend, and overtime work may be required based on project needs.

Travel is expected.

• Lead the installation and configuration of AV distribution, digital signage, and video wall systems
• Safely mount and secure displays on a variety of surfaces
• Manage HDMI distribution, HDBaseT setups, and basic audio configurations
• Handle network wiring, components, and terminations
• Maintain and service installed systems to ensure reliability
• Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless installations
• Support live client events as an Event Day Operator (with additional income opportunities)

• 3-5+ years of hands‑on experience installing commercial AV systems
• Working knowledge of Crestron/AMX systems; CTS certification a plus
• Strong understanding of HDMI distribution, HDBaseT, and networking basics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and related project tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely operate lifts and ladders
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation (company vehicles provided for client sites)
• Organized, adaptable, and proactive team player with a professional demeanor
