- Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems including security, access control, surveillance, and structured cabling
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians on job sites to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Perform system programming, configuration, and commissioning for low voltage equipment
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan and execute efficient installations
- Coordinate with project managers and customers to ensure timely project completion
- Diagnose and resolve system faults, performing repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and inventory of equipment and materials
- 3+ years of experience in low voltage systems installation and service
- Proficiency with security systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, & structured cabling
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Low voltage BICSI Certification or relevant certifications preferred
- Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job site responsibilities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
