Contract:

1x Full-time (37.5 hours per week) and 1x part-time (22.5 hours per week)

Slee‑in Enhancement: £63.70 per night

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is looking for a passionate and caring Support Worker to join our incredible team in Keady. This is more than just a job it's a chance to truly make a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities.

• Assisting with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks
• Promoting independence, dignity, and choice

• Supporting with community engagement, appointments, and activities

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins

Our services run 24/7, and rotas are shared at least 4 weeks in advance so you can plan ahead.
