** Bookkeeper
* * to assist with basic accounting tasks for our hotel properties and apartment operations. This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys keeping financial records accurate and up to date.
** Responsibilities
* ** Enter invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
* Assist with rent payments and basic accounting for apartment properties.
* Help track apartment expenses, utility bills, and vendor invoices.
* Reconcile accounts and assist with basic reporting.
* Organize and maintain accounting paperwork and electronic records.
* Communicate with hotel and apartment management regarding invoices and payments.
* Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed.
** Qualifications
* ** Previous bookkeeping or basic accounting experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
* Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
** Schedule
* ** Part-time position
* 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
* 25-30 hours
