**** Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $43.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).*

**** Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
** Documentation Retention & Archiving
• Maintain, organize, and track physical and electronic records in alignment with NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) and State Archives retention schedules.
• Coordinate permanent retention transfers with the State Archives and document all related activities in accordance with archival procedures.
• Develop, standardize, and manage filing systems for physical and digital documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
• Conduct periodic inventories of stored materials to verify accuracy, retention status, and proper conditions.
• Implement quality control processes for scanning, digital archiving, and metadata accuracy.
Document Review, Updating, & Compliance Monitoring
• Review agency documentation—including forms, instructions, memos, and guidance—to identify outdated language or information.
• Flag and coordinate necessary updates related to Voter , Senate Bill 747, and evolving legal or procedural standards.
• Maintain a centralized catalog of all official documents, noting version history and update cycles.
Campaign Finance & Voter Registration Documentation Support
• Assist with filing and organizing campaign finance reports, ensuring proper categorization and retention.
• Organize and maintain voter registration forms, including processing, cataloging, and preparing materials for retention or archival transfer.
• Support county-submitted documents requiring centralized filing, tracking, and documentation.
SharePoint and Digital Content Management
• Support the organization and storage of digital files within SharePoint, ensuring proper folder structures, metadata tagging, access controls, and documentation governance.
• Coordinate with Election Administration, IT, Learning Management, Campaign Finance, and Legal to ensure documents are stored consistently and meet retention requirements.
