Job Summary:

With direct supervision, assists HR Leaders to coordinate and administer HR programs across the Kearney plant.

• Recruitment: full cycle recruitment of salaried roles including job postings, resume screening, interviewing and extending job offers.
• Employee Relations:
  Serve as a point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns. Address employee relations issues effectively and confidently, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Leave Management:
  Communications with team members on leave management process and actively works with supervisors and team members on return to work.
• Performance Management:
  Supports the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to leaders and team members on performance related matters.
• Training and Development:
  Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to implement relevant training initiatives.
• HR Reporting and Data Management:
  Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
• Engagement:
  Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Work with leaders on engagement actions and monitor progress.
• HR Projects:
  Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Education:
  
  University Degree
• Minimum Experience:
  
  3-5 years of HR Coordinator experience
