Project Engineer, Building & Residential Construction

Job Description

• Coordinate between project managers, superintendents, architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Manage and distribute project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and as-builts.
• Assist with cost tracking, budgets, and change order documentation.
• Help update and monitor project schedules to meet key milestones.
• Support procurement efforts by preparing bid packages, evaluating proposals, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Assist with project closeout, including O manuals, warranties, and final reports
