Construction Project Manager

Overview

MCL Construction, a leading commercial general contractor, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of our construction projects. As a technical expert, the Construction Project Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety performance while fostering collaboration with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Lead and manage projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and internal teams during all project phases.
• Oversee project schedules, contracts, cost management, safety, and closeout.
• Ensure clear documentation and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships within the community to position MCL for future opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Architectural).
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a project management role.
• Proficient in project management technology and the Microsoft suite.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for construction, process improvement, and team development.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with GMP and CMAR contracting is a plus.
