• Manage daily on-site operations for commercial projects ranging from $5M–$50M+
• Lead field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on time and on budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate self-performed work and oversee equipment usage
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance every step of the way
• Build lasting relationships with owners, architects, and partners

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on mid-to-large commercial projects
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to read drawings, manage schedules, and solve problems on the fly
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook;
  Procore or scheduling tools a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a bonus, not a must—proven experience matters most
