Graphic Designer - Brand Creative

The Graphic Designer – Brand Creative is responsible for creating and executing designs for campaigns, packaging, and digital platforms.

This position will collaborate with internal teams to align designs with brand strategies and define and follow brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer manages multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Develop and execute design concepts for marketing campaigns, in-store displays, packaging, digital platforms, internal presentations, and promotions that align with marketing strategy.
• Define and follow the brand style guide to ensure a cohesive look and feel among all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with key project stakeholders for project needs, objections and directives, and ensure design concepts align with vision and business goals.
• Perform production tasks including uploading backgrounds, banner, navigational elements, graphic images, icons, titles, etc.
• Participate in the archival and organization process for managing and maintaining digital asset.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project schedules and effectively reporting progress to meet challenging deadlines.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.
• Ensure all creative materials are optimized for their intended medium, whether print or digital.

• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Visual Communications & Design, Graphic Design or related field; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
