We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective graphic designs for various marketing materials, including signs and other promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in visual design and layout design.

• Conduct market research, assist in the planning and development of product and marketing collateral
• Design a wide range of graphic materials, including school planners, brochures, posters, and other graphics
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity and ensure all designs are aligned with our visual design principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and design materials that meet their needs
• Create layouts and designs for various mediums, including print and digital platforms
• Utilize design tools to design and prototype visual interfaces
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are manufactured to the highest quality
• Develop and maintain design standards and best practices across the organization
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software tools

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in an in-house creative department
• Proven experience in creating visually appealing designs
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and typography
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
