Description:
We are seeking an interventional cardiologist for ongoing coverage.
The provider will be in clinic if interested and also taking call.
Call responsibilities may vary; if not on call, the provider will be rounding and performing procedures.
The interventional cardiologist will assist with procedures and rounds as well as night call duties.
Providers must be able to read ECHOS.Average patient volume includes several EKGs, Echos, Holters, and Caths per month.
The average census for inpatient rounds is 8-10 during weekdays and 6-7 during weekends.
The schedule requires clinic availability Monday through Friday on days when not covering inpatient service.
The position involves assisting with add-on cath procedures, primarily for inpatients, averaging several procedures each week.
Call responsibilities include STEMI call.
