Line Cook

A temporary Line Cook role with Aetna is open, and the bar is simple: own Multilingual Communication, raise the standard, repeat. Aetna frames it as a partnership — $42,000 - $65,000 for your 1 years, ownership of general work, and growth shared both ways.

• Hold Kearney vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Keep skills current through ongoing training and self-directed learning
• Make peace with fiercely-supportive ambiguity and ship anyway
• Read between the lines of what Kearney customers actually need
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Aetna clients as needed
• Coach newer junior teammates through their first messy general project
• Build the Multilingual Communication habits a junior role can lean on for years
• Defend the Customer Service fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them

• A Kearney grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
• Hands-on proficiency with Active Listening, ideally paired with Guest Relations
• Cross-functional ease, from Problem Solving engineers to Multilingual Communication marketers
• Solid Active Listening grounding, plus Customer Service you can pick up on the fly
• Practical command of Room Service, with bonus points for Property Management Systems
• The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back
