Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Residential Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) Caregiver.

Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. You will support DSPs along with working side by side with them as they assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills residentially and in community settings.

Full-time during evening hours from 3 p.m.

- 11 p.m. Shift schedule will vary throughout the week. Every other weekend is required.

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Experience not required – we will train you!

Starting pay is $18/hour. We pay more for experience and if you have a CNA license. Incentives also available.
