Position Summary

LOCATED IN KEARNEY , NE
Individual has the technical expertise to provide logistical support and troubleshooting of moderately complex audio, video, data and computer technologies for classes, meetings, and special events at the Douglas

A. Kristen sen Rural Health Education Complex ( RHEC ) on the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus in Kearney, NE..

IT professional provides support for enterprise conference rooms and event/education spaces with integrated audio/visual technology for web conferencing and presentations. Requires sufficient knowledge to provide basic support for Windows and iOS devices.

Follows schedule for support times, communicates via email and cell phone for voice/text.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Working knowledge of operation, setup, installation, troubleshooting and diagnostics of AV equipment, equipment control systems, computers, video displays, audio controls, signal distribution, recording devices.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, telephone and organization skills. Ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

Multimedia equipment includes PCs, Macs, projectors, video/audio conferencing equipment, and a variety of desktop software (Microsoft Office, IE, etc.)
