Rotating shifts Looking for steady hours and plenty of work during the busy harvest season? We re hiring dependable Production Seed Laborer to keep products moving in a fast-paced packaging and warehouse environment. If you have pallet jack, forklift experience, don t mind physical work and can commit to a rotating schedule, we want to hear from you! Excellent attendance is a MUST for this position.

Schedule:

Candidates must be able to work all listed shifts and rotate schedules every few weeks based on production needs.

• During Harvest Season:
  Sunday Thursday | 6: 00 PM 6: 30 AM
• During Harvest Season:
  Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 6: 30 PM
• During Harvest Season:
  Monday Saturday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM
• Outside of Harvest Season:
  Monday Thursday | 8: 00 PM 6: 30 AM
• Outside of Harvest Season:
  Monday Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM
• Outside of Harvest Season:
  Fridays may be required depending on workload

• Operate a pallet jack & forklift safely and efficiently
• Move packaged corn and grain products to the warehouse
• Load and unload materials
• Fill and pack supplies as needed
• Frequently get on and off the forklift
• Walk and climb stairs throughout the shift
• Perform other physical warehouse and packaging duties as needed

• Forklift & Pallet Jack experience
• Excellent, dependable attendance
• Ability to work rotating shifts every few weeks
• Ability to work extended hours during harvest season
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Comfortable with frequent walking, climbing and physical activity
• Ability to work the full schedules listed above
