We re hiring Assembly team members for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits, bonus potential and opportunities to advance after hire. Pay:
Starting Pay: $20.92/hour Candidates must be willing to work either 8- or 10-hour shifts. Weekend availability is required when needed.
As an Assembly team member, you ll perform a variety of assembly, sub-assembly and packaging tasks while helping keep production running efficiently.
- Hand assemble filters and components according to work instructions.
- Operate and monitor assembly-line equipment.
- Perform minor assembly-line setup duties.
- Work at different stations and in different production areas as needed.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify defective products and report problems to supervision.
- Meet established production standards.
- Package finished components.
- Complete required quality records, scrap reports and machine logs.
- Enter production information into the computer system.
- Follow all company safety, quality, policies and procedures.
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Able to adapt to different tasks and workstations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to perform hands-on assembly and packaging work
- Flexible to work 8 or 10-hour shifts
- Available to work weekends when required
- Minimum 10th grade education
