This is a part-time, 12-hour night shift (6 pm – 6 am) position for Licensed Practical Nurses in long‑term care. The pay range is $24.00 to $36.00 per hour, with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus available.

The Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long‑term care. The LPN works under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician and follows residents’ care plans. Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications and treatments as ordered, documenting resident interactions, providing technical support to healthcare professionals, maintaining effective working relationships with residents, healthcare providers and the public, and communicating clearly while maintaining confidentiality.
The LPN also counsels residents, families, and advocates on prevention and treatment plans, develops self‑care programs, and performs other related duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Has attended a pre‑licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or has a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN at another facility.
- Current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with a state nursing board and/or possession of multi‑state licensure privileges.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies, certifications, and annual continuing education units (CEU).
- If IV therapy/management skills are required, holds a North Dakota Board‑approved AASPN program completion or an approved IV Therapy course.
