Being a barista is more than just making a great cup of coffee. It’s about serving up smiles, showing heart, and delivering AMAZING customer experiences every single time.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We are primarily hiring for morning and opening shifts
, so if you’re an early riser who loves helping customers start their day, you’re exactly who we want.

We also have some mid-day and closing shifts available
, so if your schedule works better later in the day, we still want to hear from you.

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
• Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
• Must have flexible availability to work opening and midday hours

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
• Greet and connect with customers to create amazing experiences and start their day off right
• Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping the store ready for the morning rush
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
