What You'll Do- Provide expert service, installation, and maintenance for commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial equipment including chillers, AHUs, and rooftop units
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, recommending efficiency improvements
- Perform startup, commissioning, and aftermarket services
- Generate quotes and upselling opportunities to maximize customer value
- Collaborate with branch team members on complex projects
- Union membership or willingness to join the United Association (UA)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience with chillers, AHUs, or rooftop units
- Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and screw chiller components
Universal EPA refrigerant license and valid driver's license - Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- Self-motivated with commitment to safety protocols
