Pay: Up to $40.00/hr doe

To provide service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 3 + years' experience as a HVAC service technician
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• EPA Universal Certification
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Understand and communicate benefits of preventable maintenance
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
