• Greet customers in a friendly manner, develop relationships, and exceed expectations
• Coordinate the workflow of technicians
• Recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services

• 10+ years of sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer and phone skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license
• High school degree (college preferred)
